Shipping Policy:
At Don't Panic Shoes, we provide free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Free Standard Shipping takes approximately anywhere from 2-10 business days, in most cases it is much shorter than 10 business days (with the exception of an order for Spring Footwear products- please scroll to the bottom for more information.)
If you need a package to arrive by a certain date or if you require special delivery services, such as overnight delivery, please opt for our priority or priority express mail service at checkout.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to any orders with a final destination located outside of the United States.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase with us at Don't Panic Shoes. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, we will honor your request.
Exchanges are free, and to initiate the process, please email us for a free prepaid return label.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were originally received, including but not limited to the box, bag or container that it originally arrived in, along with anything that came with it such as the original tags and stickers. Failure to do so may result in your request for a refund or an exchange being denied.
*Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned for a refund, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns. However, exchanges will not incur this fee and are 100% free.*
