At Don't Panic Shoes, we provide free standard shipping on all US orders of $99 or higher.

For all orders under $99 we charge a $15 fee for shipping.

Standard Shipping takes approximately anywhere from 2-10 business days, in most cases it is much shorter than 10 business days (with the exception of an order for Spring Footwear products- please scroll to the bottom for more information.)

If you need a package to arrive by a certain date or if you require special delivery services, such as overnight delivery, please opt for our priority or priority express mail service at checkout.

If you have any questions about when your order will arrive or you are in a specific time crunch please send us an email at support@dontpanicshoes.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that free shipping or standard shipping does not apply to any orders with a final destination located outside of the United States.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase with us at Don't Panic Shoes. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, we will honor your request.

Exchanges are free, and to initiate the process, please email us for a free prepaid return label.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were originally received, including but not limited to the box, bag or container that it originally arrived in, along with anything that came with it such as the original tags and stickers. Failure to do so may result in your request for a refund or an exchange being denied.
