Three weeks ago I purchased two pair of shoes online. One pair arrived but the other didn't. I had trouble finding out what had happened. Ten days ago they still hadn't been dispatched to me, so I purchased the same shoes from Kohl's which came right away. I was in email contact with this company and asked for a refund since they still had not sent them. I haven't heard back nor have I been refunded. They have a great selection but dealing with them is very difficult.
