Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information:

We provide free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-7 business days from the time the order is placed. 

Depending on how busy our warehouse is sometimes it may take longer, however normally tracking is updated within 1-3 business of an order being placed.

If you need a package to arrive by a certain date or if you required special delivery services, such as overnight delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accomadate you.

However, please note that free shipping does not apply to orders with final destinations outside of the United States.

We offer several shipping options for such orders, and if you have any questions or don't see an option that works for you, please feel free to email us at support@dontpanicshoes.com.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Don't Panic Shoes. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, we will honor your request.

Exchanges are free, and to initiate the process, please email us for a return label.

*However, if you are interested in returning an item for a refund, please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied.*

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were originally received. Failure to do so may result in your request being denied.
