At Don’t Panic Shoes, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and stress-free. Please review our guidelines below:


✅ Standard (Free) Shipping — U.S. Orders Only

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $99 or more.

  • Delivery timeline: within 2–10 business days after processing.

  • Most orders arrive well before 10 business days.

  • Spring Footwear orders may require extra processing time (see below).


🚀 Priority & Express Shipping

Need it faster? Select Priority (3–5 business days) or Express (1–2 business days) shipping at checkout.

  • Guaranteed delivery dates available for urgent orders.

  • For special requests, email support@dontpanicshoes.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


🌎 International Shipping

  • Free or standard shipping offers do not apply outside the U.S.

  • Multiple international shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

⏳ Processing Times

  • All orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Spring Footwear orders: Processing may take 5–10 business days before shipping due to high demand.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

  • If more than 10 business days pass without tracking, email us for an update.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a fair and transparent policy to make returns and exchanges easy.


✅ Eligibility

  • Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging and accessories (boxes, bags, tags, inserts, etc.).

  • Items not returned in original condition cannot be accepted.


❌ Final Sale Items

  • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds (eligible items only) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • The fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free — no restocking fees.

  • U.S. customers receive a prepaid return label.

  • International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.


⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common).

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dontpanicshoes.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send a prepaid label and replace the item at no cost.
