Spring Footwear orders: Processing may take 5–10 business days before shipping due to high demand.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a fair and transparent policy to make returns and exchanges easy.

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging and accessories (boxes, bags, tags, inserts, etc.).

Items not returned in original condition cannot be accepted.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
💸 Refunds

Refunds (eligible items only) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

The fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll send a prepaid label and replace the item at no cost.
