How do I return my shoes?

Please do not buy shoes from this store online. I bought Bally's for my husband for Father's Day and when the shoes arrived one was discolored and looked like someone tried to clean the suede but made it worst. I tried to work this issue out with seller, but he did not honor my refund for damaged shoes. Never again will I buy shoes from here.
