At Don’t Panic Shoes, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We proudly stand behind every product we sell — but we also maintain clear policies to protect both our customers and our business.

Please review the following carefully:


Return and Exchange Eligibility:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for items priced $100 or higher, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the exact original condition in which they were received.

  • All original packaging must be included (boxes, special bags, tags, stickers, inserts, etc.).

Items priced under $100 are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. 📧 Email: Contact us at support@dontpanicshoes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. 📝 Provide: Your full name, order number, and whether you would like:

    • An exchange (different size or style),

    • Store credit, or

    • A refund (if applicable under policy).

  3. 📦 Ship Back: Use the provided prepaid label or return at your own cost if past the eligibility window.


Important Conditions:

  • Final Sale:
    All items priced under $100 are strictly final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted.

  • 30% Restocking Fee:
    All approved refunds for eligible items will have a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
    (This covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.)

  • Exchange Exception:
    Exchanges for a different size or style of equal value do not incur a restocking fee.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Items that show any signs of wear, use, or are missing original packaging/materials will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Order Cancellation Window:
    Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is considered final.


Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If your return is approved:

    • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.

    • A 30% restocking fee (if applicable) will be automatically deducted.

  • You will also receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. 🏦 Check your bank account again.

  2. 💳 Contact your credit card company. It may take additional time before your refund officially posts.

  3. 🏦 Contact your bank. Processing times vary between institutions.

Exchanges:

  • Website Exchange Portal:
    You may initiate an exchange directly through your account on our website using your order information.

  • Email Assistance:
    Alternatively, email us at support@dontpanicshoes.com with your full name and order number and we will assist you personally.

All exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns: unworn, unused, and in original packaging.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Email support@dontpanicshoes.com immediately (within 7 days of receipt).

  • Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
