Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information:

At Don't Panic Shoes, we provide free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Free Standard Shipping takes approximately anywhere from 2-10 business days, but in most cases it is much shorter than 10 business days.

Tracking is normally updated and sent to you via email within 1-3 business days of an order being placed.

If you need a package to arrive by a certain date or if you require special delivery services, such as overnight delivery, please send us an email at support@dontpanicshoes.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to any orders with a final destination located outside of the United States.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase with us at Don't Panic Shoes. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, we will honor your request.

Exchanges are free, and to initiate the process, please email us for a free prepaid return label.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were originally received, including but not limited to the box, bag or container that it originally arrived in, along with anything that came with it such as the original tags and stickers. Failure to do so may result in your request for a refund or an exchange being denied.
